Along the Singapore River – Fullerton Hotel at night

At rest

The Fullerton Hotel on the Singapore River is one of the most beautiful hotels in Asia.  Previously the building was the site of the General Post Office in Singapore.  Rather than tearing the structure down to make way for another modern box, the developers decided to convert the classical structure to a hotel.  From the hotel, Boat Quay and its numerous restaurants and pubs are within a couple hundred meters.  And of course, you have the view of the sea from one side of the hotel and the Singapore River from the other side.  Either way, the view is beautiful.  And at night, the view is even better.
